Significant 72

Building relationships is by far one of the most important, if not the most important thing that we, as educators, need to do. We can not expect children to learn if they do not feel safe and respected by their teacher and classmates. Using the Significant 72 method (created by Greg Wolcott- check it out here), you can seamlessly integrate classroom procedures and learn about your students through games and fun.

I always think of a class like a building. We have to build the foundation up before we can build sky scrapers on top. Throughout the year, if the foundation gets a crack, then we pause our curriculum and go back into Significant 72 procedures to fix and strengthen our foundation.
